Accidents in Miltown

Does anyone have any news on two accidents that happened here in Milwaukee?
From what I've heard one happened last night on Oklahoma. Supposedly, the kid lost his leg during a race gone bad. He was left by the persons he was riding with because they feared they would be arrested for racing? That's just what I heard!

The second one was this morining on Oklahoma, also. From what was left of the bike it looked like a crumpled silver/black F4. The spread of parts lasted around 4 city blocks from what I could see. The cops were out taken pictures and had the whole area blocked off. It didn't look very promising.
