You don't have short legs, now do you???? (I'd like to continue to blame it on short legs, but in all reality, it was a case of idiocy) And I wouldn't exactly consider that a CRASH... I merely fell over

And just for the record... the clutch lever for an Aprilia is 60 bucks, and that's after an employee discount at Action (thank goodness I took that job) I think I'll just leave it as is until Doug comes home...

..AND I got my plates and insurance today for my gixxer.. so look out pedestrians... it's gonna get rough...

Haha.. do you honestly think he would have handed me the key if it hadn't already made out with a guardrail at a high rate of speed? I told myself.. what else can I do to this thing??? Turns out... break the clutch lever is the answer...

So I don't understand the taper of the tan line????

That is gonna hurt though. Make sure to use some aloe. Beautiful weekend to ride though. We put about 140 on yesterday.

Re: Lafayette, IN area pics

The taper in the tan line would be her shirt blowing up and her blue jeans bunching out from the riding position. The good news is that it only took about 5 minutes for my finger print to turn from white to red after I pointed it out to her wile we were riding, so I think it should heal nicely in about a week. LOL! Next time maybe a longer shirt or at least a belt, or something to cover the top of the crack. LOL!

And in her defense, that was a 200mile day, about 10 miles of that gravel, a lot of curves, and one inflatable dolphin, and no wreaks, or extra scratches on the Aprilia.

Re: Lafayette, IN area pics

How DARE you bring that poor defenseless dolphin into all of this???

On a brighter note, I've bought aloe by the gallon, and my back is feeling a little better... But I have to admit.. first crack sunburn of my life

... and just out of curiosity.. could anyone really TELL if I had put extra scratches on that thing???

I don’t think it would be possible with detailed before and after photos and a computer, like the ones they use to match fingerprints.

Re: Lafayette, IN area pics

house looks good man.

Meg, I didn't consider the pants bunching out, that explains the taper. I don't put a lot of thought into that becasue I ALWAYS have the wife on my back. Gheeshe I need to get her a bike!

That was taken while I lived in FL this winter... so I was sunburnt pretty much every day of my life... because I'm a slow learner and don't feel the need to apply sunblock... but... just for the record.. I'm a master at driving the bobcat... set about a mile of fence with that thing and a Kubota

Ok, one day, I might might maybe get out and ride some. I am already looking forward to next year's toy....... Heck, who am I kiddin', I'm not gonna have any money from now on.... But for now, all I can do is look at a picture of it. I talked to Dustin (works at phoenix and rides like a pimp on dirtbike-we were in a stunt show the other night along with Curtis and Ryan) and he said that 2 have already been sold. I WANT ONE!

You should make some relax time tomorrow night... it's going to be the unveiling of my gixxer That's if Mennen and I can get all the pieces back together (or more appropriately, if Mennen can get the pieces back together under my watchful, but not helpful, eye)
