she should get more than that. good behavior and she gets out in 5? wtf is that? She was arrested 2 weeks before this for a DUI then she does this. That should be enough to put her in jail for a long time. It might be a little different if it was a first offense but with her record, **** THAT ****. Especially being so close together. I hate stupid people that tear down our society like this.

 

I remember hearing about this. I probably know the guys, just not by their real names. 10 yrs is too short, that poor kid and his family are going to live with this he rest of their lives.

 

i remember this. kyle and i came on the scene like right after it happened and there was only one cop there. 10 mins later every car with a flashing light was there.

And yes, she needs to die. We talk to the family still.... and it's tough. Her plan was to get out and tell EVERYONE how OH ITS SOOOOO BAD to drink and die, er drive, er, uh, is it drink and kill? Damn near it anyway. Jerry is a great guy, and Chris was training to be a Ranger. If the Judge let her out, I was gonna send her back..... in a box, lol. The Harmon family did not want to get Chris out in public, as he has a very long way to go yet. Jerry told the judge that if she got out, then he wanted out of his sentence also- out of his wheelchair, and to be able to do daily functions without help. That will be a sad day when she gets out, but I know what would make me feel better..... Muahahahahaha!

 

I knew Chris through a friend/family... Chris was the nicest person you would have ever met, talkive, and full of energy. His family is so caring. I have not got around to see him latly last time I saw him he was up at St. Vincint in Indy... If you knew Chris before and was to see him now it will bring the stongest man to tears.... It kills me that the person who did this could get out in 5 years....

Does anyone know the next Timmy ride? Cause I will free my schedule now to ride for Chris.
