Turning Pony Keg to 6 pack.....

working out is your best intrest, dont get into that diet pills ****. I am finally losing my winter coat, but i have been to the gym alot to loose it. oh! freaking get a personal trainer, then people are no jokes, they will get you in shape in no time!

Yeah, a personal trainer would work. But they are pricey. They really make you work. Just start a light workout, some cardio and wightlifting. Eat a better diet, and you should notice a change.

In order to get a six pack your body fat has to be under 10%. You should start counting calories, ditch the soda and fast food, you'd be suprised at how easy it is to get 2000 calories in a day. and the way to burn off body fat the fastest is to run my man, run your *** off. and some sit-ups to develop all those ab muscles all the more so they stick out real nice.

if you can afford it just eat fish (not fast food fish either) rice and fresh fruits. a lil more exercise (any cardio=running, jump rope, hiking....) and some fiddy riding and youll be set. dont throw your money away with a gym thats how ****** work out. to truely be in shaped( not a meat head) do things that use your body pushups, pull ups, running, sit ups,
oh yeah one of the best thing that you can do for your abs is leg throws but this takes a partner. lie on your back.have someone stand with their feet on each side of your head. hold on to their ankles. swing your legs strait up and have your partner push your legs back toward the ground. use your abs to keep your legs from hitting the ground. make sure to not only do them swinging your legs strait but to also do them to the sides.
do that for about 15min twice a day for two weeks and you will deffinetly see a difference. but the trick is picking exercise and diet and sticking with it. it wont work if you let yourself cheat.
