Computer Problems At The Om Stunnas Mansion

who knows a lot about computers? we were makin a vid for tha plumber and went to reboot and when it came back up it would flash "hewlitt packard" screen and then go to a black screen with the underscore blinking in the top right corner.......

WE NEED HELP!!!

Try that stuff that I told you in the chatroom. If that doesn't work, IM me and then I'll give ya my cell number. You can tell me in detail on what happens.

I don't think you have to reload the OS, it would have gave you an error like "Unable to locate OS" or something like that.

Get a boot disk for the OS you are running, that might help.

Hard to say but it could be anything from your hard drive crashing to a simple config error. Call me if your still having problems

You shouldn't lose all the videos you have. If you do need to reload your OS. Then try to get another harddrive and copy your videos and important files to that one. I had to do that once after a crash. Everything was saved.
