Angry Overtime Sucks *****
Damn Overtime is kicking my ***!!! i get to work yesterday at 5am... (before the sun comes up...) leave at 9pm (after the sun goes down) just to get here at 5am today, to muh ****in leave at 9pm tonite...

The avatar concept is quite simple really. First you need to find a picture that you like. Then you need to size it down to the correct avatar size. (someone may be ablle to help you with this)
Then you go into your user options and upload the picture, which will then appear with each and every post you make.
