of course it contradicts itself plenty of times, and much of it seems impossible.
but the bible was written by a man, not god, you can't take it litterally
if you say you can find a book that's 2000 years old and hasn't had one word changed, i'd say you need to lay off the pipe.
undoubtedly the bible is much different than the way it was when first written, but the jist of it is still there.
be a good person and in the end good things will come your way, and vice versa
