Im going over my bike trying to figure out what the problem is with over heating. I know some have replaced thermostats and have had no luck, but I want to try it anyways.
Anyone have one?

Dude, I bet your hoses are reversed... I've actually done this, LOL
I run a water wetter/antifreeze/water mix and mine has been running awesome. I have an 03/04 636 though...
