$150 on te subframe (it might be tweaked, I have to pull it off first) One sold for $100, $200 and $300 on eBay recently it looks like.

Is the subframe and seats still available

 

I still have the subframe and battery tray. Rear seat is sold. Rear wheel is slightly dented but still holds air fine.
