You'll have to fab a switch to the fan to trigger it if the temps get high as the 03/04 rad has a temp switch in the rad, and the 05/06 rad doesn't have this sensor in the rad. I believe it's on the front of the engine... anyways.
I had to do some research as a guy wanted my 06' fan for his 03' ZX6RR.
It's a tight fit with OEM plastics as a local guy told me but it can work if you cant get the correct rad.
