I'm really not sure, but you can go onto bikebandit.com and cross reference the years of the bikes with the part your interested in. If it is different, I have the whole banana seat conversion (subframe, tail plastic w/tailight, undertail w/turn signals and seat). I'll sell it cheap. $150 for all.

I'm not sure if the tail fairing will work for your '00 f4, but I have the complete banana seat conversion I will let go cheap. $180 shipped for the subframe, tail plastic, tailight, tail handle, seat, undertail and turn signals.
