ok i got a mint non bent frame with no damage once so ever its not even stolen! Its clean title from what i understand but i dont care because i dont have the paperwork. And no i dont know how to get ahold of the owner and no i dont have anyfriends at the dmv and nooo NOTHING just a good lot frame unless you do something once you get it.
