I used paypal, but i did a dispute. I won, but the guy had no money in his account...so i didn't get anything back. And I contacted Paypal and they told me that they couldn't do anything more because I didn't buy the item through ebay.

I'm about 99% sure it is his house. Cause he had pics of his bike and the background was the same as his garage door. I ended up getting that address from another guy on stuntlife that had delt with him and had issues with him sending his item really really late. He did eventually get it (thats how he got the address).

even if you use paypal, try to pay with a credit card through paypal. most cc's offer consumer protection of some sort. SealClubber on here tried to get me for some money, or the tank I bought from him never left the post office. I went back and forth with him for a minute, then he offered a refund. Well, he never refunded the ******* money. I filed a dispute with my cc company and they reversed charges. Then the dickbag made a dispute against my claim, and my cc company re-reversed the charge. So I had to make another ******* dispute, this time I provided proof from his PM's on SL that he agreed to refund my money. My cc company finally closed the dispute in my favor. Moral, make sure you cover your ***... there are too many douchers out there.
