I recently had delt with a this guy pennix on this forum that was supposedly selling a srad frame with forks and wheels, he agreed to send it all to me for 125 shipped so I sent him the money through google checkout. a few days later he refunds the money and tells me that it was stolen. Then he emails me and says he got his stolen property back and offers the parts to me again, Im happy so I resend the money again, I hear nothing back for a few days until I ask for a tracking number 3 days in a row I get an email that the package has been shipped but no tracking number... odd.. a day or two later I get an email saying payment refunded because buyer requested.. not true! I ask what happend and he proceeds to tell me how he built a swing arm for it that holds a 300 size tire and sold it as a rolling chassis for 1500! I dont trust this guy as far as I can throw him, will you?
