Yeah, a typiccal small home will cost you around 140,000 usd, give or take 40,000. And that's for an average area. Water, electricity, and other stuff will probably cost you at least 300/month, depending on how much you use and size of your home.

for my 1/1 apt ... i pay 950 a month.. which includes my garage fee ($75)... i pay about 1250-1300 a month after everything.. thats not including grocerys lol

water - 200 kn = 40 usd
electricity - 300 kn = 60 usd
some ******* street cleaning - 80 kn = 15,16 usd
elevator - 50 = 10 usd
phone - 120 = 20 usd
girl who will clean the building 50 = 10 usd
some taxe for house - 600 = 90-100 usd

etc etc etc

just for bills you have to pay 500 usd and it sucks...

Not at all... I leave my keys in the car/truck almost every night.. My garage gets left open all the time.. I never lock my house and i have never had anything stolen... And i think we had are first murder 30 year or some **** like that about 4 years ago... Nothing happens where i live... And its only 45 mins away from dallas and Fort worth

I don't pay water or sewer because I have my own well and septic field.

80 m2 atm here,2 bed rooms,one big living room,kitchen,2 bathrooms,small **** where you can keep your food dont know how to call it...btw i live in apartment not in the house,and its not that small at all 80 m2 if you dont count the balcony size. 210 sounds toooo big for me,hard to heat without radiators,its just too big to live there... how many ppl is in your house? you,wife and the son?

Damn... Winter is cheaper for me here but even during the summer electric is not that bad for me..

during the winter it was around 70-80 during the summer its in the 120's and i only keep it at 75 lol..

well not that expensive but keep on mind that here average salary is 550 usd,so it means that you have to live whole mounth with 50 $thank god that i am not in that situation,but some ppl are ******* artists if we talking about survival... and here for ******* bread you have to pay 2 usd so only bread will cost you 50 for one month
