• The CBR 600RR , Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• The zx6 models are slightly wider than stock to keep your leg from being pressed against the tail
• other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

Bray would that be a 3 pin plug with:

Pink
Green/Blue
Green/Orange

If so its the plug to the ECT sensor, which i think shuts the engine off if its overheating too badly but im not sure.

neither of those greens are ground if thats it

Judging by all the hoses around it, I'm going to guess that is the temp sending unit and has absolutely nothing to do with your fuel pump not priming.

spool guns are great for aluminum mig welding because the wire doesnt like to flow through a long lead but aluminum welding for any thing strong needs to be tig welded , that and most decent spool guns are like 600 bucks

i think zukis right. one of the wires coming i listed a few minutes ago goes to the "temp" pin on the gauges.

the one in the radiator is a basic on/off thermistor

does the f4i turn off if it's over heating ? ive seen some puking alot of water and stay running ..lol

of those 3 wires, one goes to the gauges, one goes to the ecu, and the third one is wired in parallel with the TP sensor, IAT sensor, and MAP sensor. Im not sure, but id think if any of those sensors throw a flag, the fuel pump wont prime. The circuit goes into the ECU from there, and of course my wiring diagram isnt gonna tell us what goes on in there.

I'm guessing that one would be for the gauges. Fan should just be an on/off switch.

I don't know why those would cut the fuel pump. I can see them cutting spark but why cut the fuel?

most safety switches on a bike turn off the fuel pump

on the f4i, anything and everything in there will turn off the fuel pump relay
