Tech
  • The CBR 600RR , Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
  • The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
  • THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
  • The zx6 models are slightly wider than stock to keep your leg from being pressed against the tail
  • other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
  • omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

if you heat the thing the bolt is in and then make the bolt cold it comes out easier.

im gonna do some testing on this later. i think a regular nut will have the same results as a tapped aluminum block. and will take a lot less heat so i wont have to put a torch on the engine block

ok i left a nut in the freezer for an hour while i took becky to work. just tried to put the bolt in and its without a doubt tighter. im gonna heat it up with a propane torch in a couple minutes and let you squids know

after heating it up with the torch, i really couldnt tell a difference from room temperature

maybe if it was a real tight fit to begin with it would be a better test

i may be wrong but i think the ratio of material to the size of the hole of a nut is about 50/50 but an engine block and a water pump bolt hole is more like 100/1 or more
