The rc51 brakes are supposed to be a little bit more powerfull than the 929 so that would be cool, i think the rotors are a little bit bigger as well.

Actually, the 929 brakes are larger. 330mm vs 320mm.

Wowa.....that makes no sence? i remember reading in the past that that one was more powerfull....the RC is so much heavier that i thought it would be the one with better brakes, ima see if i can find that article again....im thinking now that the master has more power on the RC51,somthing like that.

A number of things could cause the brakes to be more powerful. A bigger master, a better caliper, better pads or lines.

Pretty sure they all used the same calipers. The lines wouldn't make any difference unless they were stainless. I doubt that. If the calipers were the same, the pads would probably be as well. I don't know if it had a different master, but I doubt it.

the triples will work.

the rc forks will only take an rc axle though, which is smaller than a 929 axle

nope, 929/954 has the biggest brakes ever. 929 rotors fit perfect on a RC wheel, and its easy to space teh calipers out a little more. I was going that route with my ultimate front end build.

SP1 or SP2. The stems are different. Only one of them will bolt up to the F4i. And I think bearings need to be changed for the one that will work.

Some people claim you have to use the 929 lower but I swear I've heard others say they used the rc51.

there are 2 differnt models of RC triples, SP1, and SP2. I forgot what year they changed it, but the SP2 triples wont fit in an f4i frame (or any other honda frame of course)
