i understand businesses have to keep an eye on their budget, but i feel like my job's getting cheap. they booked my flights so i get as little comp time as possible, not even overtime, COMP time (time off). they'd rather pay for me and the other recruiter to stay at a hotel an extra night, each having our own rooms, and an extra day with a rental car than to give is off time.
i could cut this trip by a day if i'd just fly out right after the damn class/recruiting event. they'd have to give me say about 5 or 6 hours of time off to make up for it but no, it's cheaper to pay for a hotel and rental car.

They don't have to give you ****. If you work more than your normal hours, you get comp time? I don't get anything for working weekends and ****.

Tech
- The CBR 600RR , Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
- omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

to be honest when im rolling i tune it all out , i actually forget about the crowd and concentrate on hitting my pick up getting to point quick and stretching it out , it wasnt really the pressure that effected me it was the track and in reality it wasnt even that bad i just let it sike me out

Well your job sucks. And if they're not gonna pay us big 6 figure salaries like the private sector then they better come up with some other perks

heres a pic manubi posted and i do notice one thing and i noticed ot last year also , when im at stuntwars i tend to look down but when at home i look forward , maybe because im so concious of not passing the pic up and then i never look back up ...

do you practice with a distinct pick up point or just whenever you feel like it?? Maybe practice like a comp instead of a lot session if you wanna compete better??

i always have a cone or some thing to pic up at and a measured approach but at the event i think i look at it more
