Clean title for an f4i in hand.. Long story short i sold the bike to a guy in town and i was waiting on the title to get back from me registering it and ends up he skiped town and doesnt want the title to it. numbers are clean on the title. it is an illinois title right now.. lemme know who wants it

 

why in tha hell would someone not want to have the
title to a bike they bought and paid for????

Something is not right here, if you have the title you could report the bike stolen. As im sure if you have this information, you most likely know where the bikes at. So someone is going to buy this from you, make it work on another frame then this guy takes the bill of sale and the bike to a DMV somewhere and files for a lost title and the person who bought this from you gets bagged for a fellony on the other end.

report it stolen and the title is worth nothing at all.. so im tryin to get money out of it..

 

only the last registered owner can file for a lost title. since that guy didnt want the title the bike basically still belongs to gsxrdw62. unless he can show proof of purchase which would be the title.
