My res has hit before but not in a while but the times that it did hit the cap busted off and I lost all the fluid. Its zip tied to where the ignition should be right now. My master has never hit but when I hit that pole last week my lever did snap in half Now i got a frembo lever on there but when I put it on it had pressure right away.

My front brake master on the other hand - Ive lost pressure a bunch of times with that. Dont know why that one and not my HB but I wont question it either.

I never had brake fade but it could have been boiling while doing tricks and been less effective and he didnt notice it and then bam or does it not work that way. I never had to deal with that but now that I got the dual 4 piston I'ma be bleeding my brakes out every few weeks as a safety measure.

its not bs i dont have to pump mine but ya of course they fight wach other if you use them at the same time!!! that why you dont use both at once but i dontt have to pump mine going back and fourth

it feels like you have to press harder on teh brake for it to work. And harder and harder and then once the fluid boils it feels like theres air in there. But the time getting to that point, anyone with half a brain will know its not right when you have to stomp on it to get it to work. I think he probably kicked his reservoir off and didnt notice it, or something like that.

and with a 4 piston, you run much lower pressure in the line, so you'll really never overheat your fluid.

If Im doing a FIB wheelie using the FB and then wanna jump to SS you'd have to pump in between or all the pressure would still be at the FB. Like you said they fight with each other and the same applies to switching between using the two. Thats my experience anyway but Ima ride Mikes again when I see him. All I know is I never usually ride other peoples bikes coz I drop bikes a lot but I rode 4 other bikes this week and hated the HB setups on all of them

A lot of people have been posting on here that with the 2 4 pots that they're boiling their fluid and losing brakes It makes sense to me coz so much of the rotor is covered by the 2 big calipers and 4 sets of pads Iono - with help it takes 10 minutes to bleed it out so its not really a big deal.

when you switch from one brake to the other, you have to be completely off one before you switch or they fight. Thats it, no pumping or anything. just get off one before touching the other.

gotcha. I have noticed w my setup that the lever feels different when riding for a while than when i just start riding. i always have pressure(knock on wood) but when I first start riding it feels like I have to give it more to get it to work sounds backwards of what you just said.

they only fight eachother if you are pushing them at the same time . . . BUT WHO does that? if you go from fb to hb mine doesn't need to be pumped to get a pedal both are still and have great pressure
