i have heard nothing but bad things about HAI... my boy ordered a hand brake and it took like 2 months for it to come... he called the guy and the dude was saying something about he never recieved the order... but the money was taken from his account... is it a coincidence that all these people have a complaint??? i think not

Yup i made the mistake of going and buying everything from another site.. When i should have just ordered it from sick.. I got my Chain and sprockets in last night still no cage or round bar thought.. I was not trying to bash sick at all if anyone took it that way.. Hai may be a good place maybe i just had bad luck but This is takeing for ever and he told me everything would be here way before the end of the month.

Hah, funny i found this post, cuz i had the same problem.....Ordered on April 3rd, still nothing....Made a paypal dispute....still nothing. Last time I order through them.

i ordered a cage for a F4I from sick... 2 weeks ago... its an F4I how commen do you want it to be? they should have that in stock!!

ordered my cage two weeks ago too.
why can't a company that popular get their **** together enough to get things to customers in a reasonable amount of time?
or atleast make the sites that sell them prewarn you and say " hey , its gonna take a lot longer than you think, and we're gonna BS you for a few weeks and keep saying its gonna ship"
