Magura will tell you both masters are the excact same. Just diff alloys
But from my experiance and others the 190 is alot easyer and softer wont take any effort to get power from it. The 195 is a lot firmer and takes a little more effort to use.. Both are awesome masters!

if its still available next week friday im pretty sure i will take it, gotta upgrade my ****. cant even lock up the rear with wat i got. i will be keeping my eye on this
