cut a square hole through the bottom of the seat the hard plastic....i use a small hand held grinder that makes it quick,(dont cut the tabs that the seat rest on) ,next flip the seat over to the seat side up ,cut a small x where u want the hole with a razor.. once its open then remove the foam from the hole take ur time so u dont rip out big clumps just take out enough for your foot to fit comfy.....make sure the holes match up if not grind a little more on the bottom or make the hole on top wider,so the holes line up for ur foot .....finally just fold the flaps from the x you cut on top of the seat and staple the 4 flaps to the hard plastic on the bottom of the seat ,i also use a little glue...........
