04 05 gsxr 600 750 fairing stays

These are steel fairing stays that I fabricated myself. Very similar to 905's fairing stay but a lot stronger. A buddy of mine runs a 905 fairing stay with mirrors and you can't see **** outta the mirrors over 10 mph cause it's vibrating so much.

If you run dirt bike bars you will most likely have to cut off a portion of the top.

All of these were made with a jig, that has all the stock mounting points from a perfect shape stock fairing stay so everything lines up.

You will need bolts for the mirror mounts if you run mirrors or not (not supplied).

All fairing stays have been preped, primed, and painted with rustoOleum gloss black.

I have two other steel fairing stays that are crunchy because of troubles with my welder.

They aren't bad, the welds are just globbed on.

I will grind them and smooth them out and respray the crunchy ones before I send em out

There is only one peice of rebar on each side, The whole fairing stay only weighs 5 lbs.

They will help you roll stoppies better hahaha

Here are more pics that you requested, keep in mind that the top portion of the one on my bike is totally different because of my DB bars that I run.

All you would need to do is get two bolts and a couple nuts and washers from a local hardware store or even a home depot and your in business.

They line up perfectly with your ram air tubes and headlight mounts, I've trial fitted every one that I've made.

why rebar? no hate. just wondering if you are going to be selling a product why not use rolled rod. 3/8 & 1/2 rod is cheapppppp and looks way cleaner. Looks good though, good job.

ya im gonna agree, lose the rebar,it looks as ghetto as a crip drinking a grape soda...use some rod and it will be far more sellable...and im also gonna go out on a limb here and say it looks like the speedo is ziptied on and crooked to the stay/upper fairing....yes,no?

No she's straight as an arrow, and the speedo clips on and bolts to the headlight rather than the stay

I think it looks crooked cause the tach is larger than the display that is all:YEAH

Ahh the rebar is a different look I agree, I kinda like it. All the material was stuff laying around, I only cut out enough peices to make 10 all togeather and after that I don't think i'm gonna make anymore. Just tryin to hook up some of my fellow gixxer riders that have broke their junk stock stays

Nice stays I really need a new one. I bought my bike with the stock one broken and rode all summer with a hose clamp on it and its not really working out at all. Just got a ticket for $94 (FTP) so there goes my fairing stay money but if you have any in a month or 2 I'll buy one, looks way stronger then stock.
