Just got to see it in person and took pics. Don't mind the dirt it has been POORING here for the last week. It is clean and all bulbs and wiring are good. It doesn't have that silver bar that runs down the middle and he used L brackets from a hardware store for mounting. He doesn't have any mounting straps or anything like that but all tabs are intact
