they are both oem tails. The yellow one is cut perfect to run the fi 12 bar and keep your stock tail light. I even ran an undertail with it.

the black tail is cut off completely at the end. great for foot in bar tricks but no mounts for a taillight. it is cut much shorter then the yellow tail and isn't nearly as pretty.

the 12 bar is a Freestyle Ingenuity 12 bar
