Like the title says. If you want a stock outer ring for your broken gascap (if you bashed the tank in with the cap on you know what I mean) it's all yours. To remove your busted ring all you just have to drill a little hole to push/tap out the hinge-pin to swap the rings, super easy to do if you're not retarded.

My key is broken off in the gascap, so it's garbage to me. I've already removed the outer ring from the cap to save you the trouble. (I got a SSR cap on the way)

10 bucks shipped for just the outer ring... if you want the whole thing 20 bucks (cuz of the extra weight). You can open/close it with a screwdriver if you want cuz the whole key is in there, i just don't need that extra heat on me so i'm gonna toss it off a bridge...
