Re: 636 owners we got a fix for your weak handbrake caliper

By popular demand after speaking with some very talented riders who ride 636’s we decided to make an adapter bracket to compliment our already popular HHD 636 dual set-up. If its serious braking you need for your 636 we have got you covered. $49.00 shipped they will be powder coated and ready to start shipping out Tuesday.

thats sweet. you should make a bracket that just holds one 4 piston caliper. then i wouldnt have to change my setup to a dual caliper lol

Re: 636 owners we got a fix for your weak handbrake caliper

Nice. Got a quick question though. I have an 03 but Im putting on an 05 wheel/rotor. Still using the 03 swingarm. Will it work on mine and would I need the 03 bracket or the 05 bracket? I really dont know what the difference is in the brackets, I havent even gotten my rear wheel in the mail yet so I havent looked at it.

Re: 636 owners we got a fix for your weak handbrake caliper

yeah, but i just bought the original dual caliper bracket. Why do 636 owners have to spend only $50 to get the four piston....and f4i owners have to spend 250?????

$50 just gets you an adaptor for a 4 piston caliper, you still have to buy or already have bought the regular dual caliper bracket from them for $150.

And the F4i bracket($199) is more expensive then the 636 brackets($150) because they require a more complex maching process. You cant compare the 2 prices because one takes more time to make then the other, and I can tell that just by looking at them....
