These helmets fit pretty snug, and I actually went up a helmet size, although the pads will wear in quick. I went from a large hjc to an xl in these, if you check my auctions each one will tell you what I have available, if you are towards the top of the large sizing you may want to check the xl size and so on. Any questions just holla!!!!
