Im curious to see what you came up with to deal with the issue of headlight mounting

 

HHD steering damper brackets for F4/F4i front-end swappers using 929/954 lower triple’s. This is a cheap and safe alternative to spending big bucks on expensive dampers. This is great for the stunter on a budget. I know a lot of guys will be looking for GSXR dampers on eBay now LOL. We designed this triple to use 01-05 GSXR dampers so if you buy an after market damper make sure its application is for 01-05 GSXR’s. I will post up better picts tomorrow to include one of an Ohlins damper installed. We will fit check a 929 & 954 next week to see if this same kit will work on those bikes. We plan to make more triples for other bikes as well as damper brackets so if you are running dirt bike bars with our triples you can run a damper without any problems. The 03-04 636 triple is in work now. Oh yeah! We will have completed this same style damper bracket for the stock F4/F4i’s by next week. On the F4/F4i’s running 929/954/CBR 1000rr forks using a 929/954 lower triple of course if you want to use a fairing stay all you will have to do is trim off the very bottom of your stay just below the bottom bolt (pictures coming tomorrow). No biggie plenty of material left on the stay looks great! Works great!

#1 Damper Trick tip! Change out the stock GSXR damper oil with 20 weight fork oil and your golden!

can you use this stuff on a 600RR? I dunno if Im ever gonna give stuntin another try but if I do I think Im gonna go 600RR instead of F4i...either way sick ****** products man...got any job openings? lol

Yo Barry... every clip-on setup will be different... depends on which brand you use.

You can make any brand work, but how far you are able to turn them out is gonna be key.... the top triple isn't gonna change anything at all.
