I cant say enough good **** about ho-hey and his customer service!! the man has his **** on point. And his products are off the chain. I just ordered everything pictured, cant wait to get this **** on.

 

I got mine today and it is the most ******* pimpest piece of billet i've ever seen!!

Tip #1: I found it easier (more precise) to grind the frame stops instead of the bottom triple stops. Just grind em down flat and the forks have just as much turning radius as f4i front end.


#2: You have plenty of room to drop the fork tubes 1/2" or more in the triples to get the same rake/trail dimensions as stock f4i for more stability in stoppies.

some minor bad news for you man.... you need to buy a 929/954 lower triple clamp.

the 1000rr is a little bit off on the stem bolt. It will fit... but not w/out a whole lot of pulling, pushing and hammering.

I just picked up a 954 lower and the HoHey clamp slipped on nice and smooth.

Note you must use a 929/954 lower triple when using 1000rr forks.

Keep in mind that if you use a 929 or 954 lower triple on a F4/F4i you want to make sure that the 929/954 lower triple uses ball style bearings and not the barrel style. If you are going to use the barrel style you will need to change out your frames lower bearing race.
