no they dont.the spacing is different.i think its the o5's bolt holes are farther apart than the 03 04's

not gonna move much on the price.$430 shipped.And as for trades...im chroming out a 954 so any 954 chrome parts...i could use a set of aftermarket rearsets for a f4i....and i need a 07 zx6r rear caliper(black) and maybe an aftermarket stunt fairing stay for 03-04 636
