If that clear line isn't made for brake fluid you're most likely getting air in your system and thats why you don't like it.

lol, I was waiting for you to go back and reread that

Several people down here used generic clear hose that wasn't rated for brake fluid and they were sucking in air due to it.

if it's not made for brake fluid, he wouldn't get air in it that quick. the brake fluid would eat through it over time, but I think it would take a while.

Took several days for the 2 bikes that I'm talking about.

Only reason I mentioned it was because the line itself looks wet like it's leaking.

Re: 16x18 brembo for sale- barely used

yeah, it does look like there's either fluid droplets or air bubbles there in the center, you might be right.... I just used the old piece of hose that went from the rb mc to the res on mine

Re: 16x18 brembo for sale- barely used

i wouldn't be so much worried about the line as i am about the zip tie used to attach the line to the resivior..........you would think that trick works but it don't.....i use nothing but wire tire to attach brake hose to my resiviors and masters...........Nags does have a strong statement aboot the line too, if it isn't from yoyodine i wouldn't recomend using it........sorry to hear that you didn't like your brembo bro, i still think in my opinion that there isn't a better bang for your buck!!!!

I agree completley.. Thats why I popped in this thread. If he got the Brembo and wasn't happy with how good it worked. Something is DEFINITLEY wrong.

Re: 16x18 brembo for sale- barely used

nanana, guys dont get me wrong, t-ice is the man when it comes to treating a customer and shipping stuff, also the clear line i got from hai too and the reservoir, its just that you all know the brembo's got that smushy feel and i dont like that, also almost everybody here got **** on lock and can use any type of hb and will stil do things no matter what, na mean, see my point is, where i live i need to stop riding for months, and when good weather comes i dont want to waste no time and i mean no time, trying new **** or nothing, so i just said ff it man im going back to my old setup, and get rid of this one, aint got nothing to do with hai -t-ice or noone. comon now yooo, hai's the only place i would trust, but like i said, theyre in a much superior level than me, yoo mad props to HAI and them nothing against yaalll, keep it up!!!:YEAH :YEAH

Listen to this guy! If your hose is sweating and letting fluid out, then it is also letting air in.......Yoyodyne clear hose is the only way to go
