i want to buy a STUNT READY f4i asap... maybe a 636 . this bike will mostly be used in the lots, but a clean title would be nice to be able ride a little street or to the lots. i live in north east PA. i don't want to drive more than 4 hours to pick up.

got a clean title 02f4i with just about all the things you listed accept the oil pick up ( not needed ) looking to get $3500 for it .... Its full fairing & has extra parts !
