def. some risk involved but posession is 9/10 of the law,especially if you have notarized paperwork showing the circumstances of the sale and both parties agree on whats happening...you can transfer,register,and insure the bike and recieve title when payed off...if u want that same bike with title in hand its about $5500...so at 3gs its a smoking deal,title in hand or not...you can lot stunt it,street ride it,everything...
