Sellin my 636
I know all you fools are broke on here and this place is the king of lowballer sites, hell thats why I look thru the classifieds here too. So I dunno if anyone will actually pay me what I'm asking but I think its totally reasonable, even for SL. But before I pay to have it listed in the local classifieds I figured Id try the free route on here.
2004 Silver 636 17k miles Clean title. $3500.00
Ridden thoroughly but not stunted. Tho I did cut out the back seat for FIS wheelies.
Hyperpro Damper installed now but not in photos
MSR EZPULL
Pretty new Bridgestone 002's (also installed but not in pics)
Leo Vince Carbon Shorty highmount
New Rotella Oil and filter
-1 vortex front sprocket, newer chain
ProTaper Grips
Couple dings/ scratches / tail is cracked but frame forks and subframe is straight and motor is strong.
Left fork seal needs replacing, and it needs new pads up front.
Last year of school and I'm broke as F*&k (thats what happens when you don't work for a year and keep buyin ****.)

Re: Sellin my 636
Thanks for the bump BETO, and its no prob to get it to SanDiego, but you gotta foot the shipping fees. I know you can get one shipped down there on an uncovered trailer for around 350 or so. I've used USHIP.com a few different times and had good luck and good deals through them. Its like ebay with references and feedback etc for each shipper. Gotta set it up yourself tho. I did it for some guys the last time I sold a bike on here and they bailed on me and I looked like a dick. For 3900 I'll throw in an oepn two bike trailer so You can dirve here and pull it home if you got no truck....and the extra cash of course!

Re: Sellin my 636
Im in NE tennessee bro. Craigs list doesn't get a lotta action around here, I've used it before...and I'm posting it on there too, but again, I don't have much faith in it from prior exp.

Re: Sellin my 636
He said one of the fork seals is gone, and you can see it's been down b/c of the case covers. Read!
My question: Where is the cage? It looks like it used to have one, due to the belly pan cutouts....

Re: Sellin my 636
I cut out the farings for a cage. I even had one and a 12bar (which is why I never replaced the tail, I thought I'd need it cut for the bar anyway), and a 54t rear, brembo hb, tag risers pro taper bars and a hohey dual caliper setup. But no it never made it onto the bike. I bought it all as a package before I even got the bike from a guy on here from CO. But being broke will put a downer on your bike build. I sold all of that stuff still new on here like two months ago. (CHECK MY THREADS) Furthest I got with it was cuttin out the seat and puttin on my ez pull and damper. Bike runs great, its been my knee dragger and commuter all summer.
ONLY MECH PROB....MEEDS LEFT FORK SEAL. Runs like a top tho. Its only 155 for both seals and labor t my local shop I've just not been willin to quit riding long enough to fix it.

Just give me your ticket to hawaii and you can have it!! haha. PM sent bro.
I'm in no major rush to sell it. But if I get the seals replaced bye then I'm gonna want 150 more for it.

Re: Sellin my 636
I probably wouldn't give ya $150 more for the seals to be replaced, cause when I sell bikes, the seals are good and fresh when it goes out the door! LOL. Also, if I do buy it, I can change the seals on it myself for around $25. Ha. Not trying to be mean or anything, just saying.
I will def. get in touch with ya when I get back!
Thanks Justin
PS: You can take my spot over here cause there ain't no where to ride, unless you want to get a free pass to the county jail! Ha ha.
