1998 Ducati 748s SoCal ~Must Go~
I live in Eagle Rock (near Pasadena/Glendale)
The Duc. is a 1998 748S Yellow,It's got 14,500 miles.
I'm the second owner, previous owner had it sitting
for years and I rode it maybe 2k since I bought it in
2003. The previous owner layed it down 2 times, once
on each side w/only cosmetic wear on the fairings.
I bought new ones on ebay (gray unpainted) Oct 2005. I
also installed new clutch plates OEM.
I had partial of the new fairings on when i got cut
off by a car going about 20mph, he hit my handlebars
and i lost control and hit the curb.
I went down on my right side. It broke the
throttle($120), the front brake reservoir($25) and a
piece of the brake lever. minor scratches on the right
fairing. Besides that the bike runs great. I've been
busy w/school and work that i never got to repair it.
It's been garaged since 10/05. I'm gonna go low cause
i want to sell it fast, $3,500 sharp. It needs no work besides what I've
posted.
