Call a local tow service and they will tell you who to get ahold of to get a title. I think its around 100 bucks

I used to work at one and my boss had a company he called for people who never came and got there cars. So he could sell them. All they do is send a certified letter to the person with the titles name and tell them they have 10 days to pick there car or bike up for so many thousands of dollars for tow bill and storage and when they dont they file for a mechanics title. Hope this helps for you or whoever buys it
