i have a 02 f4i, have salvage title and bill of sale, pretty sure with the right stuff done you could license it, i never tried just had it as a parking lot bike, bike has hand brake, renthal dirt bars, manual cam chain tensioner, down 2 on front sprocket, also have a sick innovations round bar and 2 front tires for the bike, i never wanted to sell this bike but **** came up. asking 2500, will post pics up tonight

bought the f4, time went by wanted an injected motor, bought 02 which came from same place f4 came from but was unable to recover title on 02
