Re: Battle of the 600's

I ride a 03 R6 and want to get rid of it to get a 954......But R6's make good track bikes...

in the 600's though, F4i's have the upper hand in stuntin.

Re: Battle of the 600's

hate to say it, but krapasaki....brakes kill the f4i, and the power can't be touched.

only downfall is the clipons are real racey-low-and in stock form breaks easily....but i've had great success with mine (FI cage/bar, 905 fairing stay, woodcraft rearsets/clipons/casecover, cheetah bodywork)

Re: Battle of the 600's

I started on an 06 gixxer6, it was bullet proof and when the motor blew I found em all day for like 600 bucks. So thats the 600 I would pick.

the '06 is out already?

I would have to go with the f4i. They are strong and have dirty engine brake. Then again, i guess the krapasaki is good at that but falls apart.

you are correct good sir, but more power is still nice! you just dont really want the down low torque that the big bikes have....plus i like to spin some laps on occasion at loudon and the 636 is like a cheater bike there

Re: Battle of the 600's

Bone stock 636 is SOOO nice. I would choose that bike for almost anything, even to ride outside of stunting.

F4i's are good, I own an f4 and loveit, you cant beat the open market for replacemnt goods on an f4i though. Parts are SOO ubundant
