Wheelie wobbles

When riding highway standups while leaning back my rear wheel tends to shake every now and then. Anybody else have this problem? I've started bringing the bike closer to me and it's helped a little bit but I've noticed the majority of the people on here lean way back on their standups. Any tips?

Re: Wheelie wobbles

lower your pressure some, if you're running stock the down like 5 psi should help, if not then lower it some more.

Re: Wheelie wobbles

Wont happen if you find BP. Dropping a little tire presure will also help.

I have noticed that when I'm trying to steer it does get a little shakey, but also just when I'm accelerating. Why is leaning back so important other than lowering your balance point and keepling your bike lower? I kind of like riding up closer to the bike. I can see better and I feel more control.

Make sure you're steady with the throttle also.
