Re: Gloves???
i wear Alpinestars SMX carbon fiber gloves, i love the style of them and there pretty comfortable and breathe pretty good, definatly not a winter glove or anything below 50* weather though thats fer sure. stuntrags are suppose to have some pretty decent gloves too from what i hear, they just came out with a "stunt" style glove that is short, i dont care much for the long gloves.

Re: Gloves???
I just wear $20 dirtbike gloves. Fine for the warm weather and parking lot but not much protection when you go down fast. Just go to your local shops and try some on. Figure out what fits best and is comfortable to you. I have a hard time because my hands are really wide across my knuckles and most are too tight and cramp my hands. I usually have to get XXL.

Burton Toaster glove, my riding glove is now my riding glove!
Seriously, for cold weather these things are awesome, completely windproof, my hands were warm last night at 25 degrees on the highway.

Got2josh, my buddie rides with those in cold weather too :p
my Alpinestars SMX gloves cost me 50 bux, went down once with them at about 25 mph and only scuffed up a little part of the leather, that easily coulda been the skin off my palm.

ya, that's the thing, if I'm just going to be riding and it's cold then I'll wear the burtons, but if I know I'm going to go be messing around I wear my olympia riding gloves.
I'm just always aware that the one time I go down will be the time that I'm not wearing the right gear, although the snowboard gloves do have pretty thick stuff on the palms.

Re: Gloves???
No matter if ya hit the floor with ICON gloves or with some 20 bux gloves at 100´mph , the hands are gone
Those ugly Icon gloves are racing gloves , and I dont think anybody can stunt with them .
