Re: Fuel pump wont shut off?

Problems are 99% attributed to the last thing you touched/dismantled/reassembled/maintained. Something an old supervisor told me in the Navy when we used to break our multi-million dollar radars/transmitters.

electrical problems are almost always attributed to loose connections, bad grounds or faulty relays
We went through like 10 relays and 2 different tip over switches

Re: Fuel pump wont shut off?

Check the fuel pump shut off relay wiring with a meter and make sure its getting a voltage, if you have changed all the relays and all that its sounds like a bad ground or a missing ground in the circuit somewhere.

I can't believe that noone has been able to come up with the correct advice for nags. I don't know what your bike's problem is, but I do know there are a lot of know-it-all's that hit this site, and I can't believe noone knows what to do to fix yo problem.

If i could fix problems over the internet without laying my hands on it, I'd be a millionaire by now.

We didnt use a meter, but we used 8 different relays that are known to be good. We also redid all the grounds
