Cornering techniques

I know this is slightly off topic but I was wondering about some advanced cornering techinques. I know that there are classes you can take and I fully intead on taking one next year, but until then I was wondering what the "right" way to take high speed corners is and stuff like that.
I don't feel nearly as comfortable as I want to when I'm taking turns faster, I'd like to learn how to do it the best that I can.
