Question about taking a pipe apart.

The other day i was doing some circle burnouts and tipped one over on my D&D Carbon Fiber can. Well it knocked the resonator inside off and its loud as hell now and that aint gonna fly with the cops around here. Anybody ever taken a carbon fiber can apart, i'm assuming just drill the rivets out fix it, and then get some new rivets to put back in? I'd get a stock pipe to put on but i figured i'd my as well just wait till this exhaust just gets crushed.
