I recently took a spill on my 01 F4i and it is now garbage. Rebuilt to be a stunter. What do I need to make it rigid and last through the falls I know it will be put through?

i have a bmac cage, a guy outa brockton mass that makes cages for all the guys in reckless methods, and korno. its basically a fi design, my buddy also has a 905 both work excellent. spare aprts to buy are clip ons, levers, and foot pegs.

you probably wont need the 12 bar right off the bat just learn top slow them down first and maybe even scrape the tail then get the bar.

cut ur pipe right after the stock weld on the end cap, cut through the inner pipe to. the end cap will fall off. ull see that long inner pipe and like 2 or 3 other short ones near the bottem. now ill try not to loose u in this next discription. take a hole saw and cut the inner pipe that is stuck in the end cap out. now measure down the pipe and cut like an inch before the 3 lil shorter pipes, dont hit em u shud be like an inch away. also dont cut the longer inner pipe jsut cut around that. so when ur done u shud have the stainless steal part, bout a 4-5 in chuck off, and that long inner pipe shud be stickin out. now put the end cap on and slide the inner pipe in where the other peice of it was that u cut out with the hole saw. the inner pipe might stick way out, so cut it till it matches with the end cap ,and have sumone weld the end cap back on. ITS STAINLESS STEAL. if u dont cut ur pipe when u try to 12 u will hit it and go side ways and crash. i used a sawzall with 2 blades. good luck any other questions pm me or post up????

I hear F4i's are good stunt bikes. Is it a good bike like I hear? I can tear it up at speed on the street but im new to the slow speed stuff. Am I making a good choice on stunting the Honda?

its a good bike...... learnin th eslow stuff on this bike.... if you have the stock fender on itll scrape that first before it scrapes the tail

my pipe is cut 3 inches short........thats not short enuff.... it still scrapes once in a while.... i also did crassh on the right side so my exhasut is oddly bent pointing ot the left.... so whenever it scrapes the exhuast it pulls it in........

as of right now its 1 mm from the tire......so i think id need a new exhaust
also another tip if you have a stock fender is to take your license plate off
unless you want the letter scraped off.

How much of the stock exhaust should I cut off? Does cutting it make the bike louder? I want it to remain relatively quiet.

mines is still relatively soft........i think there is 3 chambers in the stock exhaust........ obviously i cut mines at the last chamber..... of course its gonna become louder when you shorten it though.

I want to pull 8-10 inches off. That sound like a good amount?

im sure your gonna be cutting into the second chamber..........but thats probably your only choice........if not im sure stock exhaust on ebay are cheap.

I´ll give you a good advice bro , put on a 12 bar if ya dont want your tail cracked .
I know what I´m talking about , **** happened to me couple of days ago.
Need to buy a 12 bar too

hit a 12 bar crooked and you'll be sent flying... teh tail is more forgiving and yes it might break but your most likely gonna want to cut the tail off anyways if you wanna put on a 12 bar so crack away!!.... i say learn w/out the 12 bar.

Yeah dude , maybe you´re right
But look , I bet its easier to fin´d parts for an F4 than for a Extrema , it maybe sounds rediquilous but its the truth
I didnt say its impossible but when you find them , they rip your *** with the price , and I dont think I´ll try to do a 12 without a 12 bar the next time .
I cracked my ****ing tail and I dont want that to happen again .
I mean I can fix up the tail only the paint is ripped of but if I try it the next time it could end up worster The the tail is completely off ,wich means muchos .
And have in minde I´m just a poor student

Who has much can crack his tail every day

I´ll do it the same way if I had much money , but at the moment my dad carries about the money . And I can say it like it is , he wasn´t really happy when I told him about the cracked tail .
