Re: changed pads, front tire locking up.?
What are you attempting? Stoppies? Just braking around town? Most of the time if the tire is locking up its because the brake pads are able to grab the rotor better than the rubber of the tire is sticking to the ground.

You just have to adjusted your brakes cause the same thing happened when i installed my brembo package, i jus took it to the ducati dealer and they said they just needed too be adjusted.

hey, you're the only person I've seen on here with a ducati, how is it for stunting?
I've heard that they're not good for wheelies because they have a dry clutch as opposed to a wet one.
Anyways, it usually takes around 300-500 miles to scrub the pads in, after that they feel good, so if you haven't put many miles on em yet, go ride some more, if you have than like they said, probably a cold tire or old tire, or it could also be the surface. Sealed blacktop isn't nearly as good as nice flat gray concrete parking lots.
