motor doesnt make any funky noise after it warms up,clutch grabs right,tranny shifts smoothly and stays in the gears.

Great site, tells you everything you need to know and then some.

Like it says on the site, esp. if it's your first bike, DON'T buy the first bike you look at unless it's deffinitely a incredible deal, when in doubt, don't take out your wallet.
