Sprocket size on 954???

Im thinking about gearing my **** down this upcoming season. Im all stock right now but I want to start slowing everything down alot. So, what size should i go down in the front and up in the rear. I would love to rock slow **** at like 35 mph and maybe start with circles. What does everyone use on their bikes? Help me out, Thanks.

Re: Sprocket size on 954???

I've got -1 +2 on mine and I like it. It's not a really drastic changebut enough to get a little more uumph down low without loosing any top speed. I really like the PB sprockets,, nice and strong you'll get at least 10,000 miles out of em and they run a little bit less than Renthal or Sprocket specialists. As far as chain,,, the only benifit to going 520 is availability of sprockets a lot of people make the switch personally I like the 530 much better. With chains I would say DID, or regina. I have a Regina right now and the thing is strong as hell the only thing I don't like about regina is there aren't a whole lot of shops that can rivet them, I did mine myself but I also destroyed my chain tool in the process, they use an old school rivet disign that needs a special tool. Great tinsel strength though.

Hope this helps

Forget the sprocket, stock-it. Hey, that rhymes.
